The Clore Creative Studio presents a refreshing alternative to conventional boardrooms, with bright white walls and floor-to-ceiling glazed doors that draw natural light throughout the space. Our contemporary studio, designed by Jestico & Whiles, sits within our Grade II-listed Georgian building in Bloomsbury, just a five-minute walk from Russell Square tube station. We've configured this versatile room to adapt to your meeting needs, whether you're planning a board meeting for 28, classroom training for 36, or a theatre-style presentation for up to 65 delegates. The clean, minimalist design keeps the focus on your content while providing all the technical capabilities modern meetings require. Our in-house AV system includes a projector and screen, complemented by complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. The studio features its own kitchenette, making coffee breaks and working lunches straightforward. We work with approved caterers who can deliver anything from simple refreshments to full delegate packages. The space flows naturally for networking, with room for up to 80 guests at standing receptions. What sets our venue apart is the cultural dimension we offer. During breaks, your delegates can explore our collection of 18th-century art, including works by Hogarth and Handel manuscripts. Many groups find this adds an unexpected creative element to their day, sparking conversations beyond the meeting agenda. Previous clients have appreciated our helpful events team and the professional atmosphere the space provides. We should note that audio conferencing facilities aren't currently available, and the museum closes to the public at 5:30pm, though your private event can continue beyond this time with dedicated access arrangements. The studio's location between King's Cross, Holborn and Euston stations makes it convenient for delegates travelling from across London and beyond. Full accessibility via lift ensures all team members can participate comfortably.
