We share the building with other NGOs working on conflict resolution, so the atmosphere here encourages thoughtful discussion rather than rushed presentations. The room seats 10 people around a wooden boardroom table, with leather chairs that remain comfortable through those sessions that inevitably run longer than planned. Natural light streams through the windows, which previous visitors have mentioned makes a genuine difference during intensive workshops. We've installed a 60-inch touchscreen monitor that connects easily to laptops, plus camera and microphone equipment for video conferencing when you need remote participants to join. Our venue regularly hosts academic roundtables, policy workshops, and capacity-building sessions. The space particularly suits groups discussing governance, human rights, or international development, where neutral ground helps foster open dialogue. We've set up the room to handle both formal presentations and collaborative discussions, with a flip chart ready for brainstorming and proper soundproofing to maintain privacy. The kitchen stays stocked with tea and coffee, because we know these details matter during long meetings. Our reception team will help with any technical requirements and can point you towards Russell Square or Chancery Lane stations, both about five minutes' walk away.
