The Wensum Room has become our most requested space, and once you step inside, you'll understand why. This ground-floor meeting room opens up to accommodate 35 delegates theatre-style, yet feels just as comfortable when arranged for smaller boardroom discussions of 20. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, keeping everyone alert during those intensive training sessions. We've kept the décor purposefully clean and professional, with our signature red chairs adding just enough colour against the neutral walls and white tables. The current U-shaped setup works brilliantly for interactive workshops, though we regularly reconfigure the space for classroom layouts (12 people), cabaret style (20 people), or whatever arrangement suits your agenda. Everything you need for presentations is already here. The projector connects easily via HDMI, and we provide a laptop for the day if you prefer not to bring your own. For brainstorming and group work, you'll find flipcharts with pens ready to capture ideas. The WiFi runs smoothly throughout, essential when you're sharing documents or running video conferences. Being self-contained gives the Wensum Room a real sense of privacy, particularly useful for confidential meetings or focused training days. Two toilets within easy reach mean minimal disruption to your schedule. We include coffee, tea, water and biscuits as standard, keeping everyone refreshed without constant interruptions. For longer sessions, our buffet catering proves popular, delivered at times that work around your programme. The ground-floor location makes access simple, whether you're carrying training materials or welcoming delegates who prefer to avoid stairs. Free parking right outside removes another potential stress, while our covered bike storage offers a secure spot for those cycling in. Public transport connections work well too, with regular services stopping nearby. Our venue suits everything from team meetings to multi-day training courses, with the Wensum Room's adaptability making it particularly effective for groups who need space to move between different activities throughout their session.
