Our most flexible meeting space, the Boardroom adapts to your needs. We regularly configure it for 30 people around the boardroom table for strategy sessions, arrange it classroom-style for 25 during training workshops, or set up cabaret rounds for 40 when you need breakout discussions. For larger presentations, we can accommodate 56 in theatre layout, all while maintaining clear sightlines to our 75-inch display screen. The technology here just works. Your presentations connect seamlessly to our AV system, remote participants join without fuss through our hybrid meeting setup, and the PA system ensures everyone hears every word. Between sessions, your guests can step out to our first-floor Business Lounge for refreshments or informal conversations. Our location on Deansgate puts you right in Manchester's business district, with John Rylands Library and Spinningfields just minutes away. We've arranged discounted parking at nearby NCP facilities, and public transport stops practically at our doorstep.
