The Laurent Perrier Champagne Bar transforms from a sophisticated meeting space by day to an elegant reception venue by evening. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Birmingham's skyline, creating a backdrop that changes throughout your event as natural light shifts to city lights. We've designed this space to adapt to your needs. For classroom-style training sessions, we comfortably seat 40 delegates at tables with clear sightlines to the projection screens. Theatre arrangements accommodate 60 guests for presentations, while banquet setups welcome 50 for seated dinners around our round tables dressed in crisp white linens. When you're hosting drinks receptions, the room opens up to welcome 120 guests who can move freely between the bar area and the main space. The black-tiled floors and upholstered walls provide excellent acoustics for presentations, while our audiovisual setup includes projectors and screens positioned for visibility from every angle. During breaks, your guests naturally gravitate towards the windows, coffee in hand, taking in views across Birmingham's rooftops. Our venue sits within walking distance of New Street and Snow Hill stations, making arrival straightforward for delegates travelling from across the Midlands and beyond. The sleek bar counter serves as both a focal point and practical refreshment station, whether you're serving morning coffee or afternoon champagne.
