We've designed this suite to transform according to your needs. The space divides into two separate areas when you require breakout sessions or want to create distinct zones for your event. For larger gatherings, the full suite accommodates 350 delegates theatre-style, while banquet arrangements seat 220 comfortably. The U-shaped configuration works brilliantly for 132 participants who need to see each other during discussions. Three large high-definition screens are positioned throughout the room, ensuring everyone has a clear view of presentations. Our video conferencing system connects remote participants seamlessly, backed by professional-grade audio that carries voices clearly across the space. The built-in PA system handles everything from keynote speeches to background music, while our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.
