Four floors up in a Grade II listed Victorian warehouse on Portland Street, our Event Space brings together Manchester's industrial heritage with everything you need for productive meetings. The original wooden beams stretch across the ceiling while exposed brickwork tells the story of this building's past, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and refreshingly different from typical corporate venues. Natural light pours through the large windows that line one wall, keeping the 900-square-foot room bright throughout the day. We regularly reconfigure the neutral-toned furniture to match how groups prefer to work together. For board meetings, we arrange tables for up to 22 people. Training sessions work well in classroom style for 14, while presentations flow naturally with theatre seating for 24. Workshop groups often prefer cabaret rounds accommodating 24, and interactive discussions benefit from our U-shaped setup for 22. When clients host networking events or product showcases, we can welcome up to 40 people for standing receptions. The carpeted floor adds warmth to the industrial features, and we keep the projector, screen and flipchart ready for presentations and brainstorming. Tea and coffee facilities are available throughout your booking, so everyone stays refreshed without needing to leave the room. What makes our space particularly memorable is the option to incorporate tastings into your day. Many groups break up afternoon sessions with a gin or whisky tasting, while others end strategy meetings with guided wine experiences. These additions transform standard meetings into occasions teams actually talk about afterwards. Getting here takes just 10 minutes on foot from St Peter's Square tram exchange, Manchester Piccadilly, or Oxford Road stations. Once you reach our Portland Street building, the lift brings you directly to our self-contained fourth-floor space, ready for whatever your day requires.
