We've positioned this versatile space on the top floor of the Refectory Building, where 40 delegates can gather theatre-style or 25 can work around the boardroom setup. The room's U-shaped table arrangement works particularly well for training sessions and collaborative workshops. White tables paired with chairs featuring bright yellow cushions bring warmth to the clean, modern interior. We find the layout encourages participation while maintaining clear sightlines to our Promethean interactive presentation system, which transforms standard presentations into dynamic, engaging sessions. Technology sits at the heart of what we offer here. The interactive display allows presenters to annotate documents in real-time, pull up supporting materials instantly, and involve participants directly in the content. Our video projector provides additional flexibility for multimedia presentations, ensuring every technological requirement is covered. The minimalist design creates the perfect backdrop for focused discussions without distractions. Natural light streams through the high windows throughout most of the day, though blinds provide control when needed for screen visibility. The elevated position on our top floor adds a sense of privacy and quiet concentration away from campus bustle. Our venue sits within 46 acres of wooded campus in South Belfast, offering the dual benefits of a peaceful setting and proximity to the city centre. Delegates appreciate the free on-site parking, eliminating arrival stress, while those using public transport find us easily accessible.
