We've designed this room specifically for teams who want somewhere different from the typical corporate boardroom, where the artwork sparks conversation and fresh thinking during your sessions. Our venue configured The Buchanan to work brilliantly for groups up to 20 people. The glass conference table seats 12 comfortably in boardroom style, though we regularly reconfigure the space for classroom layouts (12 delegates) or theatre seating when you need capacity for 20. For more informal gatherings, we can arrange U-shaped setups for 10 or standing receptions for 15 guests. The contemporary furnishings include ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during extended meetings, while the separate seating area with plush armchairs gives your team somewhere to continue discussions during breaks. We've installed a ceiling-mounted projector that connects easily to laptops, and the overhead lighting keeps the room bright and energising throughout your session.
