The Armstrong Suite sits on Level 15 of our building, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame Birmingham's skyline and flood the 150-square-metre space with natural light. We've watched countless conferences unfold here, with up to 120 delegates filling the room in theatre style, or 80 guests enjoying seated dinners beneath the soft glow of our contemporary lighting. The geometric carpet pattern creates natural zones throughout the space, while neutral walls provide the perfect canvas for presentations on our HD screens. Our AV team regularly sets up everything from multi-screen displays for product launches to simple projection for training sessions. Electronic blackout blinds give you complete control when you need to dim the room for presentations, and our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected throughout the day. We configure the Armstrong Suite differently each week. Yesterday's boardroom setup for 36 executives becomes today's classroom layout for 40, then transforms into tomorrow's cabaret arrangement for 64. The space works particularly well for workshops where groups need to move between presentations and breakout discussions. U-shaped configurations accommodate 30 participants who need clear sightlines for interactive sessions. The suite's position on Level 15 means your guests can pop down to their rooms during breaks if they're staying overnight, or grab coffee from 1565 Bar on the ground floor. Our events team stores extra flipcharts and supplies just outside, so we can respond quickly to any requests during your meeting. Five Ways station is a short walk away when attendees need to catch trains, and our secure parking includes those new electric charging points we've recently installed. Corporate teams particularly appreciate how the natural daylight keeps everyone energised during long strategy sessions, while the space transforms beautifully for evening receptions accommodating up to 90 guests.
