At our venue, the Cessna room provides everything you need for productive small-group sessions in a space that feels both professional and comfortable. This 21-square-meter meeting room works perfectly when you have up to 10 colleagues gathered around the sleek oval table for focused discussions, or when you're running training sessions for 15 attendees in theatre style. The large window brings plenty of natural light into the room, which we've found really helps maintain energy levels during those longer strategy sessions. We've kept the décor deliberately understated, with soft beige walls and subtle carpeting that won't distract from your presentations. The oval table arrangement naturally encourages conversation flow, whether you're conducting interviews, hosting client meetings, or running team workshops. We've equipped the Cessna with practical essentials including a flip chart for brainstorming sessions and a projector for your presentations. The soundproofing works brilliantly, so confidential discussions stay private, and you won't hear what's happening in neighboring meeting spaces. While we haven't installed video conferencing equipment in this particular room, the setup works excellently for face-to-face meetings where everyone's in the room together. The real advantage here is convenience. Being just a two-minute walk from Birmingham Airport terminals means international colleagues can join your meeting minutes after landing. If you're combining your meeting with events at the NEC or Resorts World, they're both nearby, and Birmingham city center remains easily accessible for post-meeting dinners or overnight stays. For those driving, NCP parking facilities operate close by, which guests can book online in advance. Our events team regularly helps coordinate meetings in the Cessna, from setting up your preferred room layout to arranging refreshment breaks.
