The Hawthorn & Chestnut Suite brings together two thoughtfully designed rooms that work brilliantly on their own or as one larger space. When you book both together, you'll have capacity for 40 delegates theatre-style or 20 in U-shape, giving your team plenty of room to spread out and engage properly with the content. Walking into either room, you'll notice the abundance of natural light streaming through large windows, complemented by warm wooden flooring that adds a professional yet welcoming feel. We've installed Full HD 1080P projectors with screen-sharing capabilities in both spaces, so your presentations look sharp and switching between speakers happens smoothly. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable, particularly important during those longer strategy sessions or intensive training days. What works particularly well about this suite is its flexibility. Use Hawthorn on its own for board meetings of up to 15, or open up both rooms when you need more space for departmental briefings or workshop sessions. The neutral walls and modern lighting create an environment where people can focus without distraction, while still feeling energised by the bright, airy atmosphere. Our venue sits within Hammersmith Hospital grounds, making it straightforward to find. East Acton and White City stations are both a short walk away, and there's parking available if your delegates are driving.
