We've been opening our doors at W12 Conferences for over 12 years, creating spaces where teams can think clearly and get their best work done. Our West London venue sits within the grounds of Hammersmith Hospital, and we've designed every room to help you focus on what matters - whether that's strategic planning, training sessions, or bringing your team together for important discussions. The Oak Suite remains our most popular space, comfortably seating 150 delegates theatre-style with plenty of room to move around during breaks. For mid-sized meetings, we often suggest the Maple & Ash Suites - they work beautifully as separate rooms or can be opened up to accommodate 80 people. The Hensman Suite has become the go-to choice for board meetings and private discussions, with space for up to 15 participants around the table. Every room comes with built-in AV equipment that actually works when you need it, air conditioning that keeps everyone comfortable, and large windows bringing in natural light throughout the day. We include free Wi-Fi as standard - proper business-grade connectivity that handles whatever your team needs. Our events team handles the details so you can concentrate on your meeting content. From managing delegate registration to coordinating coffee breaks exactly when you need them, we're here throughout your day. East Acton and White City tube stations are both within walking distance, and there's parking nearby for those driving in. What makes hosting here different is knowing your booking does more than just secure a meeting room. Every pound of surplus we generate goes directly back to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, supporting the training and development of doctors, nurses, and healthcare assistants working on the front lines. Your conference or workshop helps strengthen our local NHS services while giving your team the professional space they need to succeed.
