The Dance Studio at our venue transforms from its daily creative purpose into one of Cardiff's most distinctive meeting spaces. Walking past the original carved columns that frame the entrance, you'll find yourself in a room where polished wooden floors reflect the warm lighting, creating an atmosphere that energises discussion and collaboration. We've configured this adaptable space to suit various meeting styles. For board meetings, we arrange seating for up to 32 people around tables, with everyone able to engage directly. When you need classroom-style learning, we accommodate 80 delegates comfortably, whilst maintaining clear sightlines to your presenter. The same number works beautifully for banquet-style workshops where group work is essential. For networking events or drinks receptions, we can host up to 100 guests, giving plenty of room for circulation and conversation. The original carved pulpit remains as a striking architectural feature, often serving as an unexpected presentation point or backdrop for speakers. Full-length mirrors along the walls amplify the sense of space, making even larger groups feel comfortable rather than cramped. While the studio doesn't have windows, the considered lighting design keeps the atmosphere bright and focused throughout your session. Our location on Keppoch Street puts you within easy reach of Cardiff's bus network, with regular services stopping nearby. The nearest train station is a straightforward walk away, making arrival simple for delegates travelling from across Wales and beyond. We don't have dedicated parking, but several public car parks operate within a few minutes' walk.
