Our Mal 4 room sits within the converted church walls, where original architectural features meet contemporary meeting needs. The space accommodates 60 delegates theatre-style or 32 around the boardroom table, with enough flexibility to configure the room exactly as your meeting requires. We've installed flatscreen TVs at both ends, projectors for presentations, and flip charts for brainstorming sessions, all connected through high-speed WiFi that actually works when you need it. The room's neutral palette and clean lines create a professional backdrop without feeling corporate or cold. Natural light filters through the windows, though we've added adjustable lighting for those afternoon sessions when energy tends to dip. Built-in shelving runs along one wall, breaking up the space and adding character while keeping materials and refreshments within easy reach. Our furniture moves easily between configurations, whether you prefer classroom rows for 16, U-shape for 24, or cabaret style for 30 delegates. For working lunches and dinner meetings, we can arrange banquet seating for 32, with our kitchen preparing everything from breakfast pastries to three-course meals. The team handles dietary requirements properly, creating separate vegan, halal and gluten-free options rather than afterthoughts. Drinks receptions work particularly well here, with space for 55 guests to network comfortably without feeling cramped. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're five minutes' walk from Glasgow Central station, with Blythswood Square just around the corner. Most city centre offices sit within a ten-minute stroll, and there's parking nearby for those driving in. The building has full accessibility throughout, including lifts to all floors.
