Our Large Suite combines the warmth of exposed brick with contemporary functionality, creating a workspace where ideas flow as naturally as conversation. The original brickwork along one wall brings character to this light-filled room, while clean white walls and a polished wooden table keep the focus on your meeting objectives. We've arranged the space to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably, with white chairs positioned around our central boardroom table. The room adapts easily to different configurations, whether you prefer U-shaped layouts for training sessions, classroom style for presentations, or stick with the traditional boardroom setup. For informal gatherings or networking breaks, we can accommodate up to 16 people in a reception format. Large windows flood the room with natural light throughout the day, while cascading plants on the windowsills add a touch of greenery without cluttering your workspace. The barred windows are a nod to the building's heritage, creating an interesting architectural detail that photographs well for those documenting their sessions. Technical requirements are covered with our projector, flatscreen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi throughout. We provide whiteboards and flipcharts for brainstorming sessions, plus a PA system when you need clear audio for larger groups. Everything connects easily, and our team can assist with setup if needed. Free parking awaits right outside, and the entire space is wheelchair accessible. Our in-house catering team can deliver coffee and pastries for morning meetings or prepare full lunch menus to keep your team energised. The Coach House café remains open throughout the day if anyone fancies a change of scene between sessions.
