When presentations require focus, blackout blinds transform the room into the perfect viewing environment. Our most flexible meeting space, the Belgrave Suite adapts to your group's needs. We regularly set it up for 60 people in theatre style for presentations and seminars, or arrange it as a hollow square for 28 when discussion and collaboration are key. The light wooden tables and red chairs might seem like a simple choice, but we've found they keep people comfortable through full-day workshops without the formality that can stifle creative thinking. Technology here works the way it should, without fuss. The 65" wall-mounted TV handles everything from PowerPoint decks to video conferences, while our video conferencing equipment brings remote colleagues into the room as naturally as if they were sitting at the table. The temperature control means nobody's distracted by being too warm during afternoon sessions or reaching for jackets in the morning. What makes the Belgrave Suite particularly useful is its connection to our auditorium next door. We often see clients use both spaces together, running main presentations in the auditorium while using the Belgrave for breakout discussions or as a catering area during networking breaks.
