We're the headquarters of The Institution of Structural Engineers here in Clerkenwell, and we've designed our venue to work perfectly for both intimate board meetings and larger conferences. Our building houses four temperature-controlled rooms that we can configure however you need them. The smallest works brilliantly for focused team sessions, while we can open up the dividing walls to create larger suites when you're hosting bigger groups. The real centerpiece though is our auditorium – it seats 104 people and comes equipped with built-in surround sound and live streaming capabilities. We've had everything from product launches to academic lectures here, and the AV system handles them all beautifully. What makes hosting here particularly straightforward is that everything's included in your room hire. Each meeting room has a 65" wall-mounted TV, while the larger spaces feature projectors and screens. We've got video conferencing equipment throughout, so remote participants can join seamlessly. When you need privacy for sensitive discussions, we can draw the blinds across any of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Our events team handles all the details on the day, from greeting your guests at reception to managing any last-minute room adjustments. We work with local Clerkenwell caterers who know our spaces well – they can provide anything from working lunches to cocktail receptions, and they're excellent at accommodating dietary requirements. Getting here couldn't be easier. We're a short walk from Barbican, Farringdon, and Old Street stations, which puts us right in the heart of London's business district.
