The Charlotte Room transforms from intimate boardroom sessions to grand conferences with remarkable ease. We've draped white fabric from the ceiling to create an elegant canopy effect, while our central chandelier provides both warmth and sophistication to the space. The adjustable blue uplighting along the walls lets you set exactly the right atmosphere, whether you're hosting a morning training session or an evening presentation. Our largest meeting space accommodates 350 delegates theatre-style, though we regularly configure it for smaller gatherings, with 150 in classroom layout, 80 around boardroom tables, or 60 in U-shape formation. For networking events and receptions, we can welcome up to 300 guests comfortably. The room's neutral décor serves as a blank canvas, allowing you to add your company branding or event theme as needed. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during full-day sessions, and the space flows naturally into our bar area for coffee breaks and networking.
