The walnut floors tell their own story in our upper deck meeting room, where original 1905 timber meets Bristol harbour views through windows we designed to open completely. Corporate groups often pause mid-presentation, distracted by the gentle movement of water below or sunlight catching the historic cargo maps we've preserved on the walls. Our venue transforms traditional meetings into something more productive. The room flexes around your needs: our steel and reclaimed wood conference tables seat 14 comfortably for boardroom discussions, extending to 24 when you add the extra leaves we keep stored nearby. Theatre-style presentations work beautifully here too, with 30 attendees using the bow area as a natural stage. The projector throws sharp images even with full daylight streaming in, while our super-fast WiFi handles whatever your team throws at it. Fresh air changes everything about a meeting. The private deck entrance lets groups spill outside during breaks, coffee cups in hand, continuing conversations against the harbour backdrop. Air conditioning keeps summer sessions comfortable when you need the windows closed, though most teams prefer the breeze off the water. Bristol's waterfront location puts you minutes from Temple Meads station, with buses stopping practically at our gangplank. The industrial heritage of this converted Dutch barge creates an atmosphere that gets people thinking differently, away from fluorescent-lit conference rooms. Recent feedback confirms what we see daily: teams leave energised, having had their most creative sessions yet. Morning meetings start from 9am (earlier by arrangement), with standard rental covering eight participants plus filter coffee. Additional attendees welcome at £5 each. Weekend bookings available from £200, perfect for strategy sessions when you need the harbour to yourselves.

All round amazing space. From a viewing to all the comms and the day itself, the staff were totally delightful. Lovely space to inhabit. Food was fantastic. Can't recommend it enough

This is a brilliant venue. We used it for our team quarterly’s meeting. Communication was clear and efficient, the lunch was excellent, and the team checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. We will certainly use them again.
