The rich red walls create an atmosphere of warmth and energy, while our patterned carpeting adds a professional touch that photographs particularly well for corporate events. We can arrange the room to suit your exact needs: theatre-style for 200 delegates, classroom format for 75 participants, or cabaret rounds for 96 guests when you want more interaction. For evening functions, we transform the space into an elegant dining room for 140, with plenty of room for mingling during drinks receptions of up to 250 people. Our large projection screen dominates one wall, ensuring clear visibility from every seat. The modern lighting system lets you adjust the ambiance from bright working conditions to softer tones for evening presentations. Round tables and comfortable seating come as standard, though we regularly reconfigure the layout based on your specific requirements. Being on the first floor means you're away from the main stadium activity, creating a focused environment for productive meetings. The soundproofing works both ways, so whether there's a match day or another event happening, your session continues undisturbed. During breaks, your guests can explore the adjoining Kassam Leisure Complex, perhaps grabbing coffee from one of the restaurants or stretching their legs around the stadium concourse.
