Twenty delegates fit comfortably around the boardroom table, where patterned chairs break up the formality just enough to keep long discussions from feeling stuffy. We've hung local artwork on the walls, giving you something more interesting than blank space to glance at during those thinking moments. The geometric carpet might seem like a small detail, but it helps with acoustics when everyone's talking at once during breakout sessions. Our projector throws a crisp image onto the screen, whether you're sharing quarterly figures or training materials. We keep flipcharts ready in the corner, along with proper marker pens that actually work, because we know how frustrating dried-out pens can be mid-presentation. The overhead lighting keeps everyone alert without that harsh fluorescent glare. While the room doesn't have windows, this actually helps with projection visibility and removes distractions from the street outside. We can arrange the tables in U-shape for 12 people if you prefer more interactive sessions, or classroom style for training days.
