Our boardroom accommodates eight people around a rectangular wooden table, with black leather chairs that keep everyone comfortable during longer sessions. We've positioned the iBoardTouch screen where everyone can see it clearly, and the webcam sits ready for when you need to bring remote colleagues into the conversation. The large whiteboard takes up most of one wall, giving you plenty of space to map out ideas. We know some teams prefer digital presentations while others like to sketch things out, so we've mounted a smart TV opposite the whiteboard. The flipchart in the corner gives you another option when you need to capture quick thoughts or create breakaway discussion points. You'll find the room stays bright without any glare on screens, which helps when you're sharing presentations or video conferencing. The sideboard holds your tea and coffee station, though remember we only stock decaf, so bring your own if you need regular coffee to power through afternoon sessions. The wooden table has built-in cable management to keep things tidy, and we've installed proper internet access points alongside Wi-Fi for stable connections during important calls. The space tends to run warm, particularly when you have a full group, so you might want to dress in layers. Getting here takes less than 10 minutes on foot from either Queen Street or Central stations, and Glasgow Airport is just 15 minutes away by car. You'll find us on Bath Street in the financial district, making it convenient for clients coming from nearby offices. Boardroom 1 sits away from the street-facing rooms, offering a quieter environment for focused discussions. I was very impressed with Zipcube and the room I had book through them. The location was perfect, room was clean, tidy and as the purpose of the booking was to carry out an interview, there were no disruptions of any kind. Staff were very pleasant.
