The wooden floors creak slightly as guests settle into their seats in our Screening Room, a 43.13 sqm space that's become one of our most requested rooms for presentations and film screenings. We've configured this room to work equally well for corporate training sessions and documentary premieres, with flexible seating that accommodates 55 people theatre-style or 24 around our boardroom table. Our Sanyo 5000 Lumen Full HD projector throws crisp images onto the 2.6m Elite pull-down screen, while the Bose surround sound system ensures everyone catches every word of your presentation. The large windows overlooking Bloomsbury bring in plenty of natural light during daytime sessions, though we can draw the blinds for screenings. The artwork on our walls adds character to the neutral space without overwhelming your own visual materials. We're particularly proud of how the room adapts to different needs. Corporate clients often use the U-shaped configuration for 24 participants during strategy workshops, while film societies pack in 70 guests for standing receptions after screenings. The whiteboard gets regular use during brainstorming sessions, and our Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping connection. Past guests have particularly appreciated the projector quality and the artwork that gives the room personality. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable, though on particularly warm days we sometimes open the windows for extra ventilation, which can bring in some street sounds from Bloomsbury Square below. Our catering partners can set up refreshments in the space, and with our licence until 23:00, post-screening discussions often continue over drinks. You'll find us just a short walk from Holborn Station, with the British Museum practically on our doorstep. The Grade II* listed building maintains its historical character while providing all the technical capabilities your modern presentation requires.

The space was good – except perhaps a bit warm and stuffy. We opened the windows as soon as we got in to air it out a bit. Near the end, it was getting warm again, even with the windows open. Because my team is a team of designers, the resolution on the tv screen wasn't...
