This intimate space overlooks the Quadrangle garden, where seasonal blooms provide a changing backdrop to your discussions throughout the year. We've found this room works particularly well for board meetings of up to 18 people, though we regularly reconfigure it for presentations to 35 guests in theatre style. The 55" Samsung Full HD LED screen sits discreetly against the wall, ready when you need it, while the garden views offer a natural focal point during coffee breaks. The soft beige walls and traditional chandelier create an atmosphere that feels more private club than corporate meeting room. Our venue sits in Mecklenburgh Square, one of Bloomsbury's quieter garden squares. Despite this central location, the Small Common Room feels remarkably peaceful, with only the occasional sound of footsteps on the historic parquet floor breaking the concentration.
