Meeting Room 9 suits those smaller gatherings where conversation flows as easily as ideas. Six people can gather around the round wooden table, each settling into tan leather chairs that make longer sessions comfortable. The herringbone flooring adds character beneath your feet, while natural light streams through glass-panelled doors connecting you to the energy of our communal spaces. We've equipped this room with a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall for presentations. Adjustable spotlights and a modern wall lamp let you set the lighting just right, whether you're reviewing detailed documents or hosting an afternoon brainstorm. A potted plant brings life to the corner, softening the professional atmosphere without distracting from the work at hand. Our venue sits three minutes from both King's Cross and St Pancras stations, making it simple for colleagues to join from across London or beyond. The Victorian warehouse bones of our building show through in the common areas you'll pass on your way here, with original brickwork and iron beams creating an atmosphere that feels both established and forward-thinking. The room works particularly well for board meetings, client consultations, or team catch-ups where everyone needs to see each other clearly. While we provide the screen for presentations, please note that catering requires at least two days' notice to arrange.
