The red brick facade of The Stanley Building catches morning light differently than the glass towers around King's Cross. We restored this Victorian warehouse with care, keeping the original brickwork and iron beams while adding the technology modern businesses need. Walk through our entrance and you'll find 12 meeting rooms ranging from intimate 6-person spaces to our largest room that seats 100 comfortably. Our King's Cross location puts you three minutes from both St Pancras International and King's Cross stations. Teams appreciate this when scheduling meetings - whether colleagues are coming from Edinburgh, Paris, or just across London. The meeting rooms feature large windows overlooking the neighborhood's transformation, with whiteboards, projection screens, and video conferencing equipment included. We've noticed the wifi can occasionally drop during peak times, something we're actively addressing with our tech team. Beyond meetings, we offer private offices from 2 to 60 desks. Office tenants get unlimited access to all meeting rooms, plus our event spaces that accommodate up to 200 guests. The ground floor houses our largest event area, complete with access to our roof terrace - particularly popular for summer networking events and product launches. Coffee stations sit on each floor, though many prefer the independent cafes dotting the streets nearby. Sustainability shapes how we operate here.
