When our two adjoining meeting rooms open up to create this combined space, you're looking at one of Belfast's most practical conference venues, accommodating up to 105 delegates. We've hosted everything from annual company conferences to training workshops here, and the flexibility of the room layout continues to impress our clients. The space fills with natural light through multiple windows, which we find helps maintain energy levels during those longer sessions. We can configure the room in numerous ways, whether you need theatre-style rows for 105, a boardroom setup for 36, classroom arrangement for 48, or banquet rounds for 64. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for interactive workshops, comfortably seating 34 participants. Our venue sits in the University Quarter, making it convenient for attendees coming from Queen's University or the city's business districts.
