The Vestry here has become our go-to space for those quieter moments when teams need to really focus. Through the windows, you'll catch glimpses of our peaceful garden while settling into discussions around the large oval wooden table that seats 12 comfortably, or we can arrange classroom seating for up to 15. Our recent upgrades have transformed this into a proper working room. The wall-mounted flatscreen connects easily to laptops for presentations, while the whiteboard and flipchart stand ready for brainstorming sessions. In the corner, two plush chairs create a softer space where managers often conduct one-to-ones or participants can step aside for private phone calls. The ensuite toilet means no interrupting flow when sessions run long. We keep fresh flowers on the table and local artwork on the walls, which our regular bookers tell us makes the space feel less corporate, more welcoming. Natural light fills the room most days, though the blinds give you control when screens need to be visible. Coffee, tea and biscuits stay stocked throughout your booking, with the kitchenette just down the hall if you need anything more substantial. The 407 bus stops right outside our gates, making it simple for team members relying on public transport. Those driving appreciate our free parking spaces, and everyone benefits from level access throughout. We've hosted everything here from counselling sessions to product planning meetings, interview panels to training workshops. The room's size keeps conversations focused while the comfortable red chairs ensure people stay engaged even during those longer strategy sessions.
