We've arranged the room to work equally well for boardroom meetings or theatre-style presentations, with sleek black chairs that can be configured to suit your specific needs. The large wall-mounted screen ensures everyone has a clear view during presentations, while our well-positioned ceiling lights work alongside natural daylight from the windows to keep the space bright and energising throughout your session. We find the combination of artificial and natural lighting helps maintain focus during those longer afternoon meetings. Along one wall, we've set up a dedicated refreshment station where your team can help themselves to tea and coffee throughout the day. This self-service approach means minimal disruption to your flow, and the placement allows easy access without interfering with your main meeting area. The carpeted floor helps absorb sound, creating better acoustics for discussions, while our carefully placed potted plants add a touch of greenery that many clients tell us helps create a more relaxed environment. Our venue sits just off the M8 motorway at 100 High Craighall Road, making it straightforward for attendees coming from different parts of Scotland.
