The Spires Suite sits on the first floor of our venue, where rich red walls create an atmosphere that's both professional and inviting. We've designed this space as part of our larger Quadrangle Suite, giving you the flexibility to host 140 delegates theatre-style, or reconfigure for 96 in cabaret seating when you need more interaction between participants. For training sessions and workshops, we arrange classroom-style seating for 60, with plenty of desk space for laptops and materials. Your presentations come to life on our large projection screen positioned prominently at the front, while our modern lighting system keeps everyone alert and engaged throughout the day. We've paid particular attention to soundproofing, so whether you're discussing sensitive business strategies or running parallel breakout sessions, your conversations stay private and focused. The patterned carpeting adds warmth to the space, complementing the bold wall colours that many of our regular clients tell us helps maintain energy levels during long meetings. While we don't have natural light in this suite, our carefully designed lighting creates a bright, productive environment that works equally well for morning briefings or afternoon workshops. Getting here couldn't be easier, with our location just outside Oxford city centre offering over 2,000 free parking spaces, no stress about finding a spot or feeding meters. Public transport links nearby mean delegates without cars can reach us easily too. During breaks, your team can explore the adjoining Kassam Leisure Complex, perhaps grabbing coffee at one of the restaurants or taking a quick walk to refresh before the afternoon session.
