We furnished this space with a comfortable sofa and two modern chairs arranged around a sleek coffee table, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a private members' club than a typical meeting room. The shelving unit serves both form and function, housing books and decorative pieces that give the room character while keeping essential items within reach. A potted plant and contemporary floor lamp add life to the space, though we'll be honest, there's no natural light here. The overhead lighting compensates well, keeping the room bright enough for detailed work. Power outlets sit exactly where you need them for laptops and phones, and while the room lacks the projection screens found in our larger spaces, many find this simplicity helps maintain focus. The intimate scale means conversations flow naturally, whether you're interviewing a candidate, meeting with a key client, or working through sensitive negotiations. Getting here couldn't be easier with King's Cross and St Pancras International both just three minutes away. Your guests will appreciate the straightforward journey, especially if they're coming from further afield. The room sits within our restored Victorian warehouse, where original brickwork and iron beams remind you this building has stories to tell. One practical note: if you're planning to serve refreshments during your meeting, please let us know at least two days in advance so we can arrange catering.
