Our ground floor Graphene Suite catches the morning sun through its generous windows, with green views that give your meetings a bit of breathing space from city life. We've hosted everything here from government training days to university workshops, and the room adapts brilliantly to different needs. The suite holds 116 in theatre style, though we find most groups prefer the classroom setup for 58 when they need proper desk space for laptops and notes. Board meetings work well in cabaret formation for 56, while celebration dinners fit comfortably with 80 at round tables. Need two smaller spaces? We can divide the room, which works particularly well when you've got breakout sessions or separate morning and afternoon bookings. Tech-wise, everything's built in and ready to go. The projectors and screens are positioned so everyone gets a clear view, and we've sorted the speakers so people at the back can actually hear. Our Wi-Fi handles whatever you throw at it, from video conferences to cloud-based presentations. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable even when discussions heat up. Coffee breaks happen just outside the suite, where there's space to stretch your legs and continue conversations. Our in-house catering team provides everything from working lunches to proper sit-down meals, all prepared in our kitchens. We've learned what works over the years: fresh sandwiches that don't fall apart, hot food that stays hot, and plenty of vegetarian options. Oxford Road and Piccadilly stations are both about eight minutes on foot, which makes life easier for delegates coming from across the Northwest. There's also decent parking nearby if people are driving in. The suite works hardest Monday through Friday, hosting the training sessions and strategy meetings that keep Manchester's businesses moving forward.
