This adaptable room brings together the creative energy of our building with practical functionality, making it particularly popular for talks, society meetings, and exhibitions. Floor-to-ceiling windows run along one wall, filling the space with natural light that shifts beautifully throughout the day. The contemporary layout features colourful tables paired with sleek black chairs, while a raised seating area creates an intimate corner perfect for breakout discussions. Our tiled floors and minimalist design, punctuated by vibrant furniture, reflect the creative industries we serve daily. We've configured The Café to work brilliantly for various setups. You can arrange 20 seats boardroom-style for focused discussions, create theatre seating for 40 delegates, or welcome up to 80 guests for standing receptions. The U-shaped configuration accommodates 12 participants, while our cabaret layout seats 25 comfortably for workshop-style sessions. Technical requirements are fully covered with our built-in sound system, wireless microphone, projector and screen. We provide a stage area for speakers and flipcharts for brainstorming sessions. The audio-visual equipment integrates seamlessly with laptops and tablets, supported by our building's ultrafast broadband. The proximity to our main bar means refreshment breaks happen naturally, with our kitchen team preparing fresh, locally-sourced options throughout the day.
