Our AV Theatre sits on the second floor, where original Mackintosh chimney views through expansive windows remind you of the building's 1903 origins. We've found this room works particularly well for presentations and workshops, with natural light flooding the space throughout the day. The room accommodates 40 people in theatre layout, though we often arrange it for 36 in classroom style when clients need writing space, or 22 around tables for working lunches. Our 85-inch plasma screen with surround sound handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences, and the wooden flooring creates surprisingly good acoustics for discussions. We installed plush sliding curtains that our clients appreciate for controlling both light levels and privacy, especially useful during afternoon sessions when the sun streams in. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, something previous attendees have specifically mentioned in their feedback about maintaining focus during longer meetings. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're right on Sauchiehall Street with excellent transport links. Free on-street parking is available nearby, plus several paid car parks within walking distance. Our building has full wheelchair access throughout. The room transforms easily between different setups. We can arrange it U-shaped for 17 people when you need everyone to see each other clearly, or cabaret style for 19 when you're mixing presentations with group work. Small touches like our decorative plants and adjustable lighting help create the right atmosphere for your specific needs. Our in-house catering team provides everything from working breakfasts to formal dinners, all prepared fresh in our kitchens. Many clients tell us they appreciate having everything handled under one roof, it certainly makes the day run more smoothly.

A fantastic setting in a central location. The staff and Mackintosh at the Willow were friendly and helpful and the facilities were perfect for our meeting. Watch out for the busker outside as the music could sometimes be a bit disruptive

Booked this for a fitness and mindset event! Great venue was really clean and spacious and had great natural lighting. We felt like it was our own space and was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful
