We've transformed Charles Rennie Mackintosh's original 1903 Tea Rooms on Sauchiehall Street into modern meeting spaces that respect their Art Nouveau heritage. As you plan your next conference or workshop in our A-listed building at 215-217 Sauchiehall Street, you'll find we've carefully balanced historic character with the technology your meetings need. Our Billiard Room works beautifully for presentations, accommodating up to 61 people in theatre-style seating. The room retains its original Mackintosh features while incorporating modern AV capabilities. For larger gatherings, we open up the Main Tea Rooms—combining the Front and Back Saloons with our mezzanine Gallery to seat up to 120 delegates. Board meetings and smaller workshops fit perfectly in our contemporary meeting rooms, each equipped with state-of-the-art presentation technology. The Salon de Luxe, with its distinctive purple and silver décor, creates an impressive setting for executive meetings or working lunches for up to 39 people. When the weather cooperates, our south-facing Roof Terrace—one of only two in Glasgow city centre—provides a refreshing break space for up to 40 attendees. We handle all the catering in-house, from working breakfasts to formal dinners, with packages starting at £26 per person. Our team regularly receives praise for being friendly and helpful throughout events, and many clients appreciate our central Glasgow location for its accessibility. A fantastic setting in a central location. The staff and Mackintosh at the Willow were friendly and helpful and the facilities were perfect for our meeting. Watch out for the busker outside as the music could sometimes be a bit disruptive
