The bright blue walls of the Armley Room create an energising backdrop for productive meetings. We've designed this space for groups of up to 12 people who need a professional setting without feeling boxed in. What makes this room special is the large internal window overlooking our central atrium. Natural light streams through during the day, and you'll often catch glimpses of other groups moving through the building, creating a sense of connection while maintaining privacy. The window has become quite a talking point, with many groups commenting how it helps ideas flow more freely than in traditional closed meeting rooms. We've furnished the space with a modern conference table and comfortable black chairs arranged boardroom-style, though we can adjust the layout if you prefer U-shaped seating for 10 people. The smart TV mounted on the wall connects instantly to laptops for presentations, and we keep a flipchart ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. One quirky feature people always notice is our collection of wall clocks showing different time zones, a reminder of how connected our work has become. Combined with the vibrant blue walls, they give the room its own personality while keeping things professional. Between sessions, you're welcome to use our self-serve kitchen for refreshments or stretch your legs in the atrium. We're on Lupton Street with plenty of free parking right outside, making it easy for everyone to get here whether they're coming from across Leeds or further afield. The room works particularly well for board meetings, team briefings, training workshops and client presentations. Every booking supports our charity's work with voluntary groups throughout Leeds, so your meeting helps strengthen our community while giving you the professional space you need.
