Our largest conference space transforms from an empty canvas into whatever your event requires. The Megalithic Suite spans 582 square meters across our ground floor, where we regularly host everything from pharmaceutical conferences for 800 delegates to intimate award ceremonies for 200. Walking into the suite, you'll notice the geometric carpet patterns that help define different zones within the space. We've installed a comprehensive lighting system that adjusts from bright working conditions during presentations to softer ambiance for evening receptions. The high ceilings give the room an airy feel, particularly important when you're hosting several hundred attendees. For conferences, we typically arrange theatre-style seating facing our built-in projection screens, visible from every angle. The audiovisual setup handles everything from basic PowerPoint presentations to live video feeds. When clients need breakout sessions, we divide the suite into three separate areas using our soundproof partitions, each maintaining its own AV capabilities. Corporate dinners take on a different character here. We arrange round tables for up to 540 guests, dressed in crisp linens that complement the room's contemporary design. Two private bars within the suite mean your guests won't queue during networking breaks. The adjacent reception area works perfectly for welcome drinks or registration. Our events team coordinates directly with your requirements, whether that's specific lighting schemes, branded signage placement, or particular furniture arrangements. We've hosted product launches requiring car displays, training days with workshop stations, and AGMs with formal voting procedures. The suite connects directly to our lobby, making delegate flow straightforward. Being just minutes from Glasgow Central Station means attendees can arrive by train and walk straight to their event. After sessions end, the city centre location puts restaurants, hotels and transport links within easy reach for everyone attending.
