The Dining Room forms part of our Sir Giles Gilbert Scott Suite, where oak-paneled walls create an atmosphere of timeless elegance. We've furnished this space with round tables dressed in crisp white linens and comfortable red chairs, providing a professional yet welcoming environment for your meetings and corporate dinners. The room adapts beautifully to different configurations. For board meetings, we arrange seating for 30 around our polished tables, while classroom-style presentations work well with 50 delegates. Theatre arrangements accommodate 80 guests comfortably, and for standing receptions, we can host up to 150 people. The small stage at the front, complete with screen and podium, proves particularly useful for presentations and keynote speeches. Natural daylight streams through the windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels high during long sessions. We maintain fresh floral arrangements on the tables, adding splashes of colour that complement the warm wood tones. The space comes fully equipped with WiFi and our comprehensive AV package, including projection facilities and sound systems that ensure clear communication across the room. Our in-house Welsford Bistro team prepares all catering fresh daily. From working lunches served at the tables to formal three-course dinners, they craft menus to match your event requirements. Coffee breaks can be arranged within the room or in the adjacent spaces, allowing networking to flow naturally between sessions.
