The Clubroom sits just off our main corridor, away from the bustle of sports activities happening elsewhere in the building. We've designed this space specifically for focused business meetings, with clean white tables that can be arranged to suit your group's needs. For board meetings, we comfortably seat 16 around our tables, creating the right environment for strategic discussions. When training sessions require note-taking space, our classroom setup accommodates 18 delegates. For presentations to larger groups, we can configure theatre-style seating for up to 30 attendees. Our wall-mounted TV/AV screen connects easily to laptops for presentations, while the flip-chart stand proves popular during brainstorming sessions. We keep pens and paper ready on the tables, and our technical team can assist with any equipment setup before your meeting starts. The room's neutral colour scheme helps maintain focus during long sessions, and we've installed bright, even lighting throughout. While there aren't windows in this particular space, the lighting creates an energising atmosphere that keeps participants engaged. The Wi-Fi reaches every corner reliably, and we have induction loops available for anyone who needs them. Being in Pride Park means your attendees can reach us easily from the A52 or Derby railway station. We have hundreds of parking spaces available, so even larger meetings won't struggle for parking. Café 42 operates throughout the day, providing coffee breaks and working lunches without anyone needing to leave the building. Many groups book the Clubroom for management meetings, departmental planning sessions, and client presentations. Some combine their meeting with our fitness facilities, starting with an early gym session or finishing with team activities on our indoor cycle track. Our catering team regularly provides everything from continental breakfasts to sandwich platters, tailored to your schedule and preferences.
