About Derby Arena
We host over 200 corporate events each year at Derby Arena, and our Pride Park location makes us one of the most accessible meeting venues in the Midlands. Our main arena space transforms from a bustling sports facility into a professional conference setting, accommodating anywhere from small board meetings of 10 people to major corporate gatherings of 5,000 delegates. Our meeting rooms range across multiple configurations - the smallest holds 10 for focused discussions, while our larger spaces welcome up to 180 attendees for training sessions or presentations. What sets us apart is the flexibility we offer. Yesterday we hosted a pharmaceutical conference in our main space, today it's set up for badminton tournaments across 13 courts, and tomorrow we'll reconfigure it for a 500-person product launch. The 250-meter indoor cycle track that circles our main arena creates an interesting backdrop for exhibitions and trade fairs. Many clients use our sports facilities to add team-building elements to their corporate days - we've seen everything from executive cycling challenges to departmental badminton tournaments as part of away days. Our technical team handles all the AV requirements, from simple projection setups to complex multi-screen presentations. We provide full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the building and have induction loops installed for accessibility. Café 42 serves breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day, while our catering team can arrange anything from working lunches to formal dining for evening events. The 140-station gym and exercise studios remain available for early morning sessions before meetings, and we've created several corporate packages that combine meeting facilities with fitness activities. Parking is straightforward with spaces for hundreds of vehicles, and we're just minutes from the A52 and Derby railway station.
