The Milan meeting room sits on the third floor of our converted textile warehouse, where six people can gather around the black boardroom table for focused discussions. We've kept the original industrial windows that flood the space with natural light, while adding contemporary touches like the distinctive chevron flooring and soft blue walls that our members tell us help them think more clearly. Your team will have everything needed for productive sessions: the wall-mounted HD display connects seamlessly to laptops for presentations, while the whiteboard runs the full length of one wall for mapping out ideas. We've installed a professional table microphone and video conferencing system, so remote colleagues join conversations as naturally as those in the room. The high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping, and HDMI cables are always ready at the table. Our venue occupies the historic Express Building in Ancoats, Manchester's creative quarter. You'll find us between Cutting Room Square and the shipping canal, with Piccadilly station just an eight-minute walk away. The building itself tells Manchester's industrial story through its restored brickwork and steel beams, now housing podcast studios, breakout spaces, and this meeting room. We know the small details matter: the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during long strategy sessions, fresh tea and coffee are available throughout your booking, and you're welcome to bring external catering if you need working lunches. The space is fully wheelchair accessible via our main lift. Teams use Milan for board meetings, client pitches, training workshops, and confidential discussions, with the intimate size encouraging everyone to contribute. Bike storage and showers are available if anyone cycles in, and well-behaved dogs can join too, because we understand modern working preferences.
