Our Meeting Room 5, the Bench Room, sits on the upper floor where daylight pours through the full-length windows that line one wall. Six people can gather comfortably around the light wood table, and we find the space works particularly well for strategy sessions, client presentations, or team workshops where you need everyone engaged around one table. The frosted glass partition creates privacy while keeping the room feeling spacious, and the clean lines of the furniture let you focus on what matters, your meeting. We've positioned the table to make the most of the natural light, which our regular bookers tell us makes afternoon sessions feel less draining than typical windowless meeting rooms. The telephone sits ready for conference calls, and our high-speed WiFi handles video meetings smoothly when you bring your own devices. Getting here couldn't be simpler, we're literally inside King's Cross Station, just 60 seconds from the platforms. Your guests arriving from Cambridge, Edinburgh, or anywhere on the network can walk straight from their train to your meeting.
