We have private 24/7 offices for 2 - 40 people with flexible no fuss license agreements. We have 4 meeting rooms, all bookable on our online Members Portal. These include a dedicated event/lounge space and our black meeting room that holds a 86" interactive screen. We have phone booths for private calls as well as a growing Cultural Programme. The upstairs function room is a newly refurbished fully self-sufficient meeting room, with bar, projector screen, tech equipment and an ability to seat up to 40 conference style, or can be split into smaller desks.

Projects The Lanes is a luxury six floor reimagining of Brighton’s bespoke office space. Housing state-of-the-art serviced offices for teams of one to 300, alongside comfortable and inviting coworking spaces. Our meeting rooms and large-scale event space are AV ready, easy to use and designed to impress all guests. Our in-house café and bar keep you warm and fed, so you’ll never need to venture outside on those rainy days. Projects The Lanes leads the way in healthy workspace design, a Grade A, flexible workspace in central Brighton for freelancers, start-ups and scale-ups with a purpose-driven community at its core.

The space features unlimited free filter coffee and tea, hot desks, optical fibre wifi and a chilled laid-back atmosphere where members of a like-minded community can meet, work and relax. Unlike other cowork spaces, it is cosy, dynamic and inspiring, with the ability to transform its layout as per preference. Pets are warmly welcomed.
