An old architectural gem of a building on Marton Road. This 100 plus year old building started life as a community hall for St Johns Church, during its 100 year history had many occupants, including Middlesbrough Theater .
Renovation of the building started in January 18 with a goal to create a creative, unique space for the small start ups and individuals looking for hot desk, co working environment.
