40rty is a contemporary self-contained town centre business centre fitted to an exceptional standard providing high-class serviced offices suitable for 3-200 people along with a good variety of meeting rooms for 2-32 people. 40rty Business Centre has 4 floors offering a vibrant, fully air conditioned working environment with a contemporary professional presentation, excellent natural light levels complimented with LED lighting, break-out areas and meeting rooms across the building. All approached from a stunning reception entrance. Our meeting rooms are fully equipped and the price includes a large whiteboard, large TV screens with the latest Logitech Swytch video conference equipment, phones, flipcharts, high speed secure Wi-Fi & internet. All bookings include a round of teas, coffees with biscuits for the attendees along with complimentary filtered chilled water. The Pavilion opened in Reading in 1929 as a cinema, complete with organist and tea lounge. It closed in 1979, and was used for a while as a snooker hall. Today, The Pavilion offers a wide selection of rooms for conferences, informal events, and meetings.

Our head office in Reading offers private meeting room hire with a variety of rooms to suit all sizes of event, from small meeting rooms to large conferences. There are 3 large and 9 small meeting rooms available which can be adapted to a number of configurations. These include boardroom, u-shape, classroom and auditorium styles, please see below for room layouts. Facilities include: free wifi, LED screen/AV, flipcharts, large carpark, refillable tea and coffee, accessible rooms. We have ample free parking including disabled parking and access on site.
