All approached from a stunning reception entrance. Our meeting rooms are fully equipped and the price includes a large whiteboard, large TV screens with the latest Logitech Swytch video conference equipment, phones, flipcharts, high speed secure Wi-Fi & internet. The Pavilion opened in Reading in 1929 as a cinema, complete with organist and tea lounge. It closed in 1979, and was used for a while as a snooker hall. Today, The Pavilion offers a wide selection of rooms for conferences, informal events, and meetings.

Our location is an ideal setting for pulling together colleagues or clients, and our facilities are second to none. With stunning panoramic views over Reading, these offices offer the finest executive layouts for 2 to 50 desks, with access to meeting rooms, luxury breakout areas, business lounges and fully stocked kitchens. You can also hire a meeting room with us (training rooms, conference rooms and boardrooms) for up to 30 delegates, with teas, coffees and biscuits all included.
