Our 1891 bank building on Ludgate Hill has been throwing parties for over a century – though we've swapped the vaults for cocktail shakers and the teller windows for our bar. Just 200 metres from St Paul's Cathedral, Andrea 47 Ludgate Hill occupies a Grade II listed former bank that's kept all its best features: soaring plasterwork ceilings, original wood panelling, and that stunning green marble floor that catches the light from our arched windows. We specialise in making your parties unforgettable, whether you're planning cocktail receptions, private dinners, or full-blown celebrations. The Main Bar holds up to 170 guests – perfect when you want everyone together under those impressive high ceilings. For more intimate gatherings, our underground Club Room fits 35 people and comes with its own pool table and lounge spaces where conversations flow as smoothly as our cocktails. Speaking of drinks, our bartenders craft each cocktail with the same precision the Victorian bankers once counted pounds and pence. We've paired these with a wine list we're particularly proud of, plus craft beers for those who prefer their drinks a bit less mixed. Our kitchen serves modern British small plates designed for sharing – because parties are better when people aren't stuck behind formal place settings. The terracotta exterior makes us easy to spot, and with both Blackfriars and St Paul's tube stations nearby, your guests won't struggle to find us. We're open Monday to Friday from midday until 11pm, and yes, we're fully wheelchair accessible throughout the building.
