About Bistrot Pierre
I've been managing events at Bistrot Pierre for three years now, and I still get a little thrill watching guests' faces when they see our canal views for the first time. This old Grade II building has stories in its walls, but we've given it a fresh twist with our conservatory—thirty people can dine privately while watching narrowboats drift past. Downstairs, we've converted what used to be storage vaults into a surprisingly slick meeting space. Companies love it because they can switch from PowerPoints to proper French food without changing venues. We handle everything from 50th birthday bashes to product launches, and honestly, the variety keeps things interesting. Our chef gets particularly excited about creating custom menus—last month's wine-pairing dinner was something special. Getting here couldn't be easier. Five Ways and New Street are both walking distance, so your guests won't be grumbling about the journey. We're right in Birmingham's canal quarter, where the city's really come alive lately.
