About Bradford Cathedral
We've been welcoming groups to Bradford Cathedral for nearly 1,400 years, and today our ancient walls house everything from board meetings to birthday parties. Our main Nave transforms beautifully for different occasions - we can seat 480 for conferences or clear the chairs for standing receptions of up to 700 people. The soaring stone arches and stained glass windows create quite an impression during corporate presentations, while our premises license means evening celebrations can run until midnight with live music and full bar service. For smaller meetings, our Chapter House works perfectly for groups up to 20. We've installed a 55-inch screen and all the conference tech you'd expect, but the medieval stonework reminds everyone they're somewhere special. The de Lacy Centre offers something different again - a self-contained space with its own kitchen that handles up to 50 people comfortably. We find it works brilliantly for training days or private dinners. Our location in the city center garden means you're just a short walk from both train stations and the main bus terminal. There's a major car park nearby too, which our regular clients really appreciate. We've added free Wi-Fi throughout the building, professional AV equipment including projectors and sound systems, and we can arrange custom staging for performances or presentations. Our live-streaming setup has proven particularly popular for hybrid meetings and concerts. The cathedral hosts an incredible variety of events - last month alone we had a tech company's product launch, a chamber music concert, two charity dinners, and several corporate away days. The flexibility of our spaces means we can adapt to almost any requirement, whether that's a formal conference layout or cabaret-style seating for a celebration. Each event benefits from the unique atmosphere only a working cathedral can provide.
