Step aboard Britain's Biggest Houseboat and discover what happens when a 1930s steel barge becomes one of London's most extraordinary party venues. We're moored right at St Katharine Docks Marina, where the city meets the water, and our two-deck floating venue has been hosting everything from intimate dinner parties to buzzing corporate celebrations. Our upper deck opens into a vast living space where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the marina perfectly. The L-shaped sofa wraps around the room, creating natural conversation areas while guests take in the water views. Our kitchen runs along one wall—fully equipped with everything from the coffee machine to induction hobs, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The dining table seats ten comfortably, though we've hosted larger groups who spread between here and our 50-foot winter garden on the foredeck. That glass-enclosed garden has become everyone's favorite spot, especially when the sun sets over the Thames. Downstairs, we've created a completely different atmosphere. The second reception room faces the river directly, and the decorative fireplace adds warmth to evening gatherings. Five bedrooms branch off from the main areas—each with its own character. The en-suite bathrooms (we have 4.5 total) mean multiple groups can prepare simultaneously for photo shoots or film productions. There's even a sauna tucked away for those who want to incorporate it into their event. We've hosted networking drinks where guests flow between both decks, workshops that use our study for breakout sessions, and conferences that transform our reception areas into presentation spaces. Creative teams love shooting here—the contrast between our modern interiors and the historic docks creates compelling backdrops. Our location near Tower Bridge means guests can easily continue their night in the city, though many prefer lingering on deck watching the boats drift by.
